Shipping
Bellaroo offers FREE shipping New Zealand wide for all baby sling orders.For all other orders we offer shipping within NZ for only $5.00.
BabyLegs and b-buckles are shipped via NZ Post and the cost is $1.50.
Parcels are sent via NZ Couriers or NZ Post Parcel Post service depending on the size and weight of item. Every effort is made to ship items within one business day after the order is placed. Items shipped within New Zealand are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on location.
We also have a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00 for Australian orders. Items shipped to Australia are sent via NZ Post and are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on location.

If you are outside of New Zealand or Australia and would like to order from Bellaroo please contact us via email at info@bellaroo.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us as soon as possible to make a return or exchange. You can reach us at info@bellaroo.co.nz or 021 798 760.We offer a full refund or exchange on any item(s) within 14 days of delivery of the item, and we will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
In order for us to keep our very generous return/exchange policy we need all items that are being returned or exchanged to be unused, in original packaging and in perfect "resaleable" condition. If they are not we may not be able to refund or exchange the item. We do not, however, refund our cost for shipping the items. (usually ranges from $5.00 to $12.00 depending on size/weight/location)
We recommend returning the item via courier, or other traceable method, as Bellaroo is not responsible for lost items.
